1. Sow Indoors (Best Feb–Apr)

Fill the biodegradable pot with compost.

Plant one seed about 0.5cm deep in each pot.

Water gently and place in a warm, bright spot (18–21°C).

Keep compost moist but not soggy.

2. Germination

Seeds usually sprout in 7–14 days.

Once seedlings are 10–15cm tall with true leaves, they’re ready to transplant.

3. Transplanting

Fill the reusable pot with compost.

Either place the biodegradable pot directly inside or transplant deeper (up to first leaves) to encourage strong roots.

4. Feeding
