4. When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days, though it may vary during peak seasons.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

10. What if my seeds don’t grow?

We want you to grow with confidence. While we only source high-quality seeds, it's natural that not all seeds germinate due to conditions beyond our control. If you follow our planting advice and still have issues, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right with a refund or replacement.
