Coriander—also known as Cilantro—is a versatile annual herb that offers two harvests in one: tender, zesty leaves (used fresh in a wide range of cuisines) and spicy, citrus-scented seeds (used whole or ground). This organic variety is ideal for windowsills, containers, raised beds, or garden plots.
Sow little and often for a continuous supply of fresh leaves, or let some plants mature to flower and set seed. It grows quickly in cooler conditions and prefers moist, well-drained soil in full sun or light shade.
